Will the Bunion Fix fit my foot? Is there a right or left side?
No matter the foot size — from small children's sizes up to an adult size 13 — the Bunion Fix fits comfortably. There are no sides: its interchangeable design adapts to either the left or right foot with ease.

Can it be worn in shoes? Can I walk with it?
It does not fit inside shoes. You can walk around the house with it on, but it is designed for stationary use — lounging on the couch, watching TV, reading, or sleeping.

Using your Bunion Fix

How long should I use it each day?
Start with 30 minutes a day and build up towards a 1 to 3 hour session. When you feel comfortable, you can start wearing it to sleep.

How fast will I feel a difference?
Most users feel the gentle stretch relieve pressure from the very first 30-minute session. With consistent daily use over a two-week period, you should notice a real difference during everyday activities like walking, standing, or sleeping.

What if it feels uncomfortable at first?
